About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Kydella LLC (“Kydella,” “we” or “us”), a company based in Atlanta, Georgia. They apply when you use our website or buy from our shop. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Our Privacy policy and our Shipping & returns policy are part of these terms, so please read them too.
Who can buy from us
You must be 18 or older to buy from us or create an account. By placing an order, you confirm that you are. We ship only to addresses in the United States.
Health information and our products
- Not medical advice. Everything on our site, including our articles, quiz, quiz results, product pages and emails, is general information for education. It isn’t medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. It doesn’t create a doctor–patient relationship with anyone at Kydella, including our physician founder.
- Talk with your clinician before you start a new product, especially if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, have a health condition or take any medicines. See a clinician if your symptoms get worse or don’t get better.
- Get care promptly if you have a fever, back or side pain, or blood in your urine, or you’re pregnant or might be. In an emergency, call 911. See all the warning signs.
- Dietary supplements. Statements about our dietary supplements haven’t been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Use products as directed. Read each product’s label and follow its directions and warnings. Products labeled for vaginal use are for vaginal use only. Never take them by mouth. Keep all products out of children’s reach.
- The label comes first. We work to describe our products accurately, but labels and packaging can change. If anything on our site differs from the label on the product you receive, follow the label.
Orders, prices and availability
- When you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. We accept your order when we ship it.
- Prices are in US dollars. You’ll see shipping and any taxes at checkout before you pay.
- We may change prices or products at any time. Changes don’t affect orders we’ve already accepted.
- We may limit quantities or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
- Product photos are for illustration. The product you receive may look slightly different.
Payment
- You can pay with any of the payment methods shown at checkout. Our payment processor handles your payment, and we never see your full card number.
- By placing an order, you confirm you’re allowed to use the payment method you choose, and you authorize us to charge it for your order total, including shipping and any taxes.
- We don’t accept HSA or FSA payments yet.

Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Using our site
Please use our site lawfully and respectfully. Don’t:
- break the law or violate anyone else’s rights;
- try to get into accounts, systems or parts of the site you’re not allowed to;
- interfere with the site, for example with viruses, bots or scrapers, or by overloading it; or
- place fraudulent orders or misuse discounts.
We may limit or block access for anyone who does.
Our content
The Kydella name and logo, and the words, images, illustrations, quiz and other content on our site, belong to Kydella or to people who license them to us. They’re protected by law. You’re welcome to view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, change or republish our content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Our articles may link to studies and other websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep our site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be complete, error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, our website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Some states don’t allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer laws that can’t be changed by agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kydella won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. These terms don’t limit any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Georgia, USA, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email us first. Most problems can be solved quickly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
General
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with the policies they mention, are the whole agreement between you and Kydella about using our site and shop.
